  • Bem-vindo ao Pelican's Rest. Esta fantástica casa de praia com três quartos e dois banheiros está situada nas areias da bela costa do Golfo do Alabama e contribui para um fabuloso local de férias em família. Você pode ver pelas fotos que há apenas um curto passeio até a praia e a água é linda! A casa é muito espaçosa e tem uma varanda enorme com uma vista incrível, e móveis impressionantes tornam esta a mais confortável das férias! Imagine-se sentado na varanda após um longo dia de diversão ao sol, jantando com a família e amigos e vendo o sol se pôr.

    Quando é hora de entrar e relaxar, a casa oferece muito espaço e todos os confortos modernos. A sala tem quatro poltronas aconchegantes, um sofá confortável e uma nova TV de tela plana. A grande cozinha se abre para a sala de jantar com capacidade para seis pessoas e a ampla sala de estar. É realmente uma excelente planta baixa para entretenimento. A suíte master tem uma cama queen fantástica e banheiro principal grande. O quarto de hóspedes também possui uma cama queen e o terceiro quarto oferece dois gêmeos, com um banheiro compartilhado localizado no corredor.

    Fort Morgan é uma área bonita com muita história e é cercada por natureza e vida selvagem por quilômetros. Esta é uma área de baixa densidade projetada para oferecer a paz e tranquilidade que você deseja, além de ser conveniente para tudo o que Gulf Shores tem a oferecer.     Todas as reservas feitas antes de 1º de outubro para a temporada de inverno (janeiro e fevereiro) exigem um mínimo de 60 dias (dois meses). Great place to stay!

This property was excellent as was property management! It’s a relatively short walk down to the beach if you take the little trail right of the back deck. House was clean, well stocked, and a quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous! Accurate pictures and description. The walk time to the beach was definitely accurate. Lovely lovely experience! Very comfortable and relaxing. The home had everything we needed even down to the kitchenware.

Beach getaway

The house was just as described. We had plenty of room for our group of seven. The walk to the beach wasn’t to bad (about 5-10mins) we realized there was a shorter access point to the right our last day there. Management was very polite and easy to get in touch with. The beaches weren’t crowded at all. We would stay here again.

Adorable House

The house had the perfect layout inside. The decorations were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to cook. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes but the burrs were brutal. A weed eater would do the job. Overall we had a great time and would rent this house again.

Great place

Great family rental. The appliances and stocked pots/pans and kitchen utensils were great. The house is slightly dated but very well decorated. The A/C unit would work at times but shut off before reaching target temperature. However, the wonderful Fall weather helped us to not rely on the A/C too much. The walk to the beach took us around 5 minutes (that’s with young kids). We had a great time!

Nice house

Great house but travel plans (by airlines) made us come in at 10pm at night which was a waste of the first paid day there. Having a discounted rate for people that come in late would be nice, thanks!

We loved the house.

Good morning. We loved the house. When we pulled up we seen the red light . They was a smell but my husband said it was probably from all of the rain and the water cuz I. Come to find out the last night that we were there it got really was really bad the last day and night My husband Google the red light and it was a sewage so we got looking and the sewage that was kind of open and there was suit paper in the bathroom has came up in the sewage and the whole time we was there out walking around and everything that's male was from the septic tank and I wish we would have found it earlier so we would have time to call and reported it but I hope they've got it fixed cuz it was reported

First family vacation!

We arrived around 10:30 pm so we had a late check in but it was very easy. Drive to the office, pick up a packet outside the door, go to the house. The keys were a bit agravating. They gave me two keys one for front door and one for back door but they aren’t marked to indicate which and the front door (door facing beach) has a deadbolt which neither key worked for. That was frustrating. The listing also is not pet friendly but we found that previous tenants must have not cared about that because there was pieces of dog food in the living room and dog hair through the house. We didn’t really care about any of that we were just thankful to be on vacation and be staying in such a beautiful house. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Wish it was beach front or maybe even 2nd row because the sharp grass makes the walk to the beach somewhat unpleasant but overall this trip was a blast. The property was great, check in and check out was easy. 10/10 would reccomend.

Family getaway

This was a great house to getaway and relax. The back porch was perfect for nightly breezes, and Star gazing. The beach was perfect!

Excellent Home and Location! Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican's Rest! Beautiful home within a quick walk to multiple beach spots. House is really nice and updated. Comfortable and clean. Great deck with really nice deck furniture. Everything we were looking for!

Perfect beach week

The house was just like the pictures! Great price for the quality of the house and beach. Plenty of room for 6 people. The walk to the beach was short and once on the beach it was almost like having our own private beach! Our last day there we got to see baby sea turtle hatch and make their way to the ocean with the help of Share the Beach volunteers! Couldn’t have been a better week!

Needed Break from COVID Isolation

This house was perfect size and price point for our group. We really enjoyed the deck and the short walk to the beach. The girls were well pleased with the size of the kitchen and its appointments. We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming again ourselves.

Cute place, very comfortable

My mom, daughter (14), friend and her daughter (12) stayed for a week at Pelican's Rest. The decor is so lovely, furniture and beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The interior was perfect! The only minor drawbacks were that the grill was so rusty it was almost rotted through (but an easy fix for the owner) and there is only one TV - there should be at least one other TV in a 3 bedroom. We used to have a Gulf Shores rental that had one bedroom and two TVs. Sometimes kids want a different movie at night than the grownups. The walk to the beach was easy. There was a problem with the septic after a torrential rain that the property management kept us updated on and it was fixed within the day! Other houses nearby had similar issues, just one of the things that happen with storms at the beach. Overall we loved the house and had a great stay!!

Excellent beach vacation house

This house was an excellent choice for a beach vacation. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice space with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The rooms were all well appointed. The WIFI was flawless. 90 second walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Overall, it was perfect for us. It was a last minute booking, so I was happy with how close we were able to get to the beach in the middle of summer, especially for the price. My parents are older and not in the best heath, so it was a little hard on them to walk to the beach with it being so hot, but we were able to drive them in less than two minutes, so no big deal. The house was super cute and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We could not get the garbage disposal to work, but not a big deal. My only suggestion would be to paint lines or something noticeable on the concrete step up below the house. I was carrying my one year old and did not see it, causing me to trip and fall, giving my knees a really good scrape and scaring my little one pretty bad. Overall, if my parents are not with us, will definitely stay here again.
