*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: 6 Outdoor Swimming Pools, Outdoor Hot Tub, BBQ, Volleyball, Basketball Court, 8 Tennis Courts, & Putting Green and Shuffleboard

*PARKING: Summer Palace is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking. Your parking permits will be obtained from the Guard upon arrival at no charge. Please let the Guard know you are staying in Summer Palace, which is Lot/ House 1.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, . Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
