- Rental Agreement: An email will be sent to Guest will receive a rental agreement with House and Pool Rules. We ask Guest to return signed rental agreement within 48 hours to complete reservation.

West Beach Hangout is the ultimate retreat for relaxation. This spacious single-level home is elevated on pilings—perfect for privacy while being ideally located to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Two sets of stairs (covered / uncovered) allow entrance / exit to the house.

However, to ensure a positive experience for everyone, we require that the person making the reservation be at least 25 years old and remain present throughout the stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, and we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
