Highlights

Where to begin!? This recently updated, beachfront penthouse condo is an absolute oasis. For starters, the balcony must be seen to be believed. It is massive and includes loungers as well as a dining table and chairs. You'll want to enjoy dining al fresco or spend time here just savoring the views. Step inside and you'll adore the oversized living space with a "viewing" bar facing the gulf. This is the absolute perfect spot for that morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Comfortable seating, a large screen TV and an open floor plan will ensure your group enjoys their stay.

The Space

The kitchen features new quartz countertops, new custom cabinets, new stainless appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The open floor plan allows even the cooks in the group to savor those amazing views.

The oversized master bedroom contains a king bed, private bath and direct balcony access. You'll also find a comfortable swivel chair and large screen TV. Or use the chair to take in the great views from the bedroom!

Two additional, nicely decorated bedrooms have a king and a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath.

The kids in your group (or even young at heart adults!) will fall in love with the "kids" retreat. Two twin beds, an oversized bean bag and a fun table and chairs complete this room. Oh, and did we mention a large screen TV?

The Gulf Tower is in the heart of Gulf Shores, is direct beach front, and is convenient to everything this coastal town has to offer - restaurants, shopping, bike & scooter rentals, water park, golf, and outlet shopping.

Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation. One pass is included with your reservation fees. If needed, an additional pass may be purchased for $40.00.

Excellent Stay

The property was actually larger than I thought it would be. Very well appointed. The outdoor space is breathtaking. Centrally located and the pools and beach are steps away. I highly recommend this condo. Great for families to relax with one another.

Nice and very spacious- perfect for family of 8

Nice, beautifully decorated condo that was roomy enough for all 8 of us. Plenty of seating in the living room that we could all sit together comfortably. The couch was huge and super comfy. The large private balcony was very nice with plenty of seating and extra dining space. The beds were some of the most comfortable of any we’ve slept on during vacation. The full size high end washer and dryer was a great perk! The condo was pretty clean but there were a few issues. The master bath still had a bar of soap with short hairs stuck all over it and black mold in the grooves of the wall tiles close to the Shower floor that broke loose and kind of dangled during our stay. There was also a thick black ring of black mold under the rim of the master toilet that continued to break off in chunks while we were there. There were also long dark hairs in the bathroom drawers. In the second bath, the tub drain was clogged and you would be standing in ankle deep water by the end of your shower. There were crumbs in the silverware drawer and a piece of what appeared to be cucumber peel sticking out from the side of one of the knives. All of the beds had thick dust/dust bunnies underneath them as well. Other than these little issues, that I feel are completely related to the cleaning service used, it was a fantastic place to stay! Will book here again if it is available when we are able to come back. The host was VERY responsive and answered questions within minutes of contacting them.

Our stay in Gulf Shores

We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores. This condo is beautiful, I give it a 10 on cleanliness and the location was perfect. I had my grandkids with us They loved the balcony where as it was big enough for them to go out and play. The owner was helpful and answered any questions I had. Will def rent this condo again

Amazing

The property was perfect. It’s amazing what you can see from the 14th floor. Birds were eye level. The kids loved being able to look down and see dolphins in the water. My family absolutely loved the condo. Perfect amount of space and the bonus kids room was a plus. Will stay here again. Thanks for sharing!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of the condo. The only complaint we have was the master bedroom and the room beside it didn’t have good airflow. It stayed hot in those rooms. Besides that, we would book this condo again.

Our group of 6 really enjoyed staying here. We had one issue that the manager took care of. Things happen and they made it right. The view is perfect and the condo was perfect for 3 couples. We are already looking into booking again next year.

Amazing Condo!

This condo was beautiful! The views from every room do not disappoint. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. And it just steps to the beach! Very satisfied and hope to stay again in the future!

Very Disappointed

We booked this condo partially because it said pet free. My wife has allergies to pet dander. We drove in late and get there and the floor of the condo and all of the comforters were covered in dog hair. There was even dog hair in the refrigerator. I emailed the company with pictures. They laundered the comforters but didn’t really clean the floors. They informed me that the owners stayed before us and didn’t clean up the place. That’s unacceptable. And good luck if you’re hot. You can’t turn the A/C down under 72 or supposedly the coils will freeze up. Good luck with parking even though you pay $25 plus tax for your parking pass. I got chewed out by a security guard for parking in a compact spot because it was the only one left. She informed me that the owners overbooked and there were no spots. She told me I could park at Wal Mart a couple of miles down the road and “it would probably be alright”. So I guess I was supposed to walk 2 miles back down to the condo in the middle of the night. Extremely disappointing for such a nice condo. Would not recommend at all.

Good Stay

We enjoyed the stay. The biggest issue was that the master bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo and we weren’t allowed to turn the air below 72*. The elevators had issues during the stay. Shower liner was a little molded. Overall, though, it was good. The view was amazing and it’s short walk to the sand.

Vacation with a view

The condo view is breathtaking. The building is older so a stale smell lingers. Get you a couple candles and the place becomes perfect. Everything you need to cook. The balcony is the best I ever seen however is was way to windy to eat any meals, but the bar table by the window made up for it. One of the showers holds water while showering but has wonderful water pressure. All in all this condo is well worth the money and we will definitely be back.
