This 1,420 sq. ft. retreat offers an expansive balcony, open-concept living, and direct access to sugar-white beaches, making it the perfect beach getaway for families and groups.

Primary Bedroom – King-size bed, private balcony access, HDTV, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, jacuzzi tub, and stand-up shower.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The photos on the site do not quite capture the beauty of this place. The accommodations are incredible! You want to move in and never go back home. The physical location is in the middle of everything you need for a strees free vacation in Gulf Shores.

Spring Break Vacation

Great place for a family vacation! Beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked most stocked I’ve ever experienced at a rental property. Plenty of games for the family. Dishnetwork service was great along with the app and Wi-Fi access for streaming. Plenty of blankets pillows, and towels. Walking distance to the hangout and other bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Everything we could have asked for

It’s been a while since I gotten my family to do such a trip, and this place was a little slice of paradise. The place is very clean and nicely spread out, everyone had the own bathroom, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we would need for cooking, and we got to wake up everyday with the most gorgeous view. If you didn’t want to get into a car all week, you had plenty of places to walk to to eat or get from the surf shop. You can also walk to the hangout which is a gulf shore must, great food with live music. The beach was right there so if we wanted to go up to our condo it was easy to do so. All of us did not want to leave and we have all been talking about going back since we left. Thanks for the great stay and memories!

Almost Perfect

Perfect vacation, beautiful decor in condo, San Carlos is very clean and well-maintained. The room itself could have been cleaner (mold in showers, bathroom rugs were filthy). The a/c would cycle to 75 during the night which was annoying. The balcony, however, provided the perfect retreat with comfortable seating and a stunning view! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you like them on the softer side.

The only thing, once we arrived we had to pay $100 for two parking passes. I thought those were included. Something to be aware of. Clean. Very well stocked kitchen. Very roomy and comfortable. In walking distance to restaurants and the Hangout.
