"Péssimo estado de conservação e limpeza. Durante a noite acordamos devido às picadas de percevejos. Encontramos mais de vinte percevejos (inseto que pica) no quarto. Havia mofo nas paredes também. Depois percebemos que havia veneno (parece pó de gafanhoto) nos rodapés e cantos das forrações. Isto é, a direção do hotel tem conhecimento do problema mas mesmo assim utiliza essas instalações sem as mínimas condições de habitabilidade. Móveis velhos e deteriorados também com vestígios de veneno...

"Once again a comfortable and quiet stay at the Hole Inn the Wall. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Never had an issue that wasn't resolved in minutes. Location is convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are large and comfortable. While it's an older hotel it is well maintained. Rooms are clean and well stocked with towels and linen. Shower is excellent with a lot of hot water and great pressure. I travel to Fort Walton weekly and this is the only place I stay."
