"First time going to this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very nice. The wall are a little too thin. You can hear a lot going on in the near rooms. The bathroom was big but it could have been arrange diferently. The dutch water pressure was very poor. I had to pretty much stand very close to the wall for the water to reach me. "The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. "Likes The view, pool and beach were awesome. Room was very nice and clean. Great location as easy parking. Dislikes People smoked on there balcony’s so it made it tough to enjoy sitting outside on our balcony. Would be better if vacation rental place gave check in information earlier than day of check in. We were out of cell phone reception for most of the day and it made it stressful trying to get into the resort at midnight. Would be nice to have a starter pack of coffee in room...

"The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com"

"The property was as described and as in the photos. Everything worked out great. Check in was a breeze. Gated compound is excellent. The condo is at the end of the peninsula, right across the street from Peg Leg Petes. Its located on the 4th floor and had a little balcony to sit at facing the beach. Beach chairs and unbrella were avaliable free to rent. Was awesome. Pool was clean and private for the condo. You can go back and forth from beach to condo in a minute. So cold drinks were always...

"We stayed at the early part of the season, so it may account for how quiet our stay was. It was nice to be away from the busy part of Pensacola Beach. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The "Sand Dollar" is very well taken care of by those that live there full time. Great stay!"
