"Wetherly Inn has been the highlight of my stay on Salt Spring Island. It is a beautifully crafted, family run but very sophisticated luxury boutique hotel. Very secluded and romantic both the room and the gardens/pool etc., so much that the hotel is the best choice for romantic couples I believe. It gave me the chance to rest and take a refuge from the busy daily life as a solo traveler. Renting a car is necessary if you plan to take excursions during your stay and especially if you plan to dine...

"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic."
