Rosie's Retreat is a spacious 4 bed/3 bath pool home, with large dual suites, that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a very private, spacious full suite on one side of the house that has french doors to the Florida room. This suite has a king size bed, a futon bed, sitting area with bar sink and fridge, walk in closet, and an enormous bathroom with a walk in shower built for 2 with dual showerheads, and a double sink vanity.
On the other side of the house is a second spacious suite, also with a king size bed, sitting area, large closet, and full bathroom with a walk in shower and double sink vanity.
This side also has 2 additional bedrooms, both with queen size beds. They share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and also a dual sink vanity.
The back of the house has a spacious enclosed Florida room with a lounge area with patio furnature, and outdoor dining tables.
Outside the Florida room is the pool to cool off during the warm sunny days!
The garage has been converted to a game room with a full sized ping pong table, air hockey table, fooseball table, corn hole, and giant jenga.
The home has a large driveway with plenty of room for a boat. The home has a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 smart tvs, bbq grill, and wireless internet.
Rosie's Retreat is located in Gulf Breeze, Florida, just 3.6 miles from Pensacola Beach, 5.8 miles from Pensacola Dog Beach, and just minutes from various Gulf Island National Seashore areas. It's also located less than 7 miles from downtown Pensacola, where you'll find unique restaurants, fine dining, museums, and more. Pensacola is the home of the Navy's Blue Angels, where you can often see them flying tight formations over the city and water from March-November.
The home is located less than a mile from a public boat launch, and a half mile from a large park with a dog park, disc golf course, skate park, splash pad, playground and more.
Up to 3 Dogs welcome with an additional fee of $150. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. No smoking of any type allowed inside or in the Florida room. No events or parties are permitted. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed to stay in the home, and must be at least 25 years old to book. The pool is not fenced, and has a deep area so children need to be supervised at all times. There's a $40/day pool heat charge if you'd like the pool heated.
This home is under a pest control by a professional company, but in Florida's climate, insects are around throughout the year so please don't leave any of the doors open to allow for unwanted entry. Refunds will not be given if a few insects are found in the home.
This home features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry, and the camera does not look into any interior spaces. There is also a security camera facing the pool. Footage is only reviewed if an incident in the pool occurs.
