Just 10 minutes from the white sands and crystal blue beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and situated on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with views of the canal and bay! Shopping, restaurants, and family friendly activities all within a few miles. This spacious, single-story, stylish home has two master suites both with private en-suites which is great for large families. The 5 bedrooms comfortably sleep 12 with cool gel memory foam mattresses for all. The 4 smart TVs, equipped with popular streaming services, and provided board games are great entertainment for any rainy days inside. The large open concept living room and kitchen is great for gatherings and entertaining.

The fenced in backyard has a private pool, comfy loungers, patio furniture, commercial umbrellas, and outdoor dining table with string lights for dinners by the pool! The sunroom has beach essentials such as towels, chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. From the backyard, you can catch the Blue Angels practicing overhead as they prepare for their upcoming air shows. Plenty of parking is available in the front and side driveways (can fit up to 8 cars or bring your boat! Public boat launch just 1 mile down the road). We are dog friendly and love to see our furry guests come along for vacation.

Beaches aren't your thing? The neighborhood park has two tennis courts available for use, a playground, and there are lots of walking trails in the adjoining National Seashore and Nature Preserve. Head into downtown Pensacola just 15 minutes away for additional dining and shopping options or head down 98 to the zoo and aquarium.

A keyless access code unique to your stay will be sent to you a day before check-in for contactless check-in and flexible arrival!

***A separate short term rental agreement will be required to be signed prior to check-in agreeing to Pet and Pool policies.

*We are located in a quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum past 9pm.

*Children should be supervised around the pool deck at all times. NO food, glass, diving or pets in the pool.

*The pool can be heated between October and April. 24 hour advance notice is required if you would like the pool heated. Absolutely no tampering with pool equipment, please contact property manager via text or email regarding pool settings.

*Dogs allowed - maximum of two dogs (fees apply). Dogs must be potty trained, well behaved, and leashed while outside the property. Dogs also must be supervised at all times while in the backyard and never left unattended.

*The pool is serviced on Fridays and trash is picked up on Fridays as well.

*The house has a security video doorbell at the front door/driveway and will be active during your stay.
