This fun property features one spacious bedroom with a king bed, two bunk beds, and a cozy seating area. Just off the main bedroom, you’ll find a bathroom in the hallway and a comfortable living room overlooking the beautiful Pensacola Bay waters and sliding doors to the deck patio.

Located just 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to the Gulf while staying in a more peaceful waterfront setting. Across the street, explore scenic walking and biking trails within the Gulf Islands National Seashore natural areas.

Enjoy approximately 180 feet of waterfront with a private dock where you can relax, fish, or take in the sunset views over the Sound. If you have a boat, you are welcome to anchor it offshore and use the dock for easy access to the home. (Please note: the boat lift is not included for guest use due to insurance restrictions.)

This is the perfect spot to enjoy coastal living with privacy, nature, and convenient access to both Pensacola Beach and the National Seashore trails.

Guest access
Guest access: Guests will enter on the east side of the house through the fence gate and follow the path to the steps leading to the outdoor deck stairs. From there, another small gate will lead you to the main deck of the house. Enter through the sliding glass doors into the living room. The lockbox is located on the handle of the sliding doors.

There is parking for 3 cars next to the side entrance to the house.
