My Happy Place provided all three (except for 4th bedroom with child size beds with droopy mattresses which fortunately we didn’t need). Lots of bath towels. Plenty of hot water. "We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞"

Elevator is a huge bonus for getting stuff upstairs and making it possible for elderly / less mobile family members. Multiple comfy King beds makes sleeping adult couples much less of a challenge. "With a dog, two toddlers, and 3 families, this house met our needs perfectly. The lack of stairs was great for the kids and one member of our family who was still recovering from an orthopedic injury. The heated pool was great fun since the Gulf was still chilly. The fenced yard was great for the kids and dog. The proximity to the beach was good for hauling sand toys and chairs (and the buggy to do it with was super helpful).
