Surrounded by greenery, the 80 m2 house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable TV. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, a covered terrace, an open terrace, a pool (not heated), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here you can truly relax and switch off from everyday life. From the pool area you have a fantastic view of the island La Gomera. Restaurants, bars and cafes can be easily reached on foot in under 5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away (210 m). In 10 minutes driving (10 km) you will reach the beach Playa Méndez in Alcalá where you can relax on the soft sand. Furthermore, Tenerife South airport can be reached by car in 30 minutes (34 km).



- Important: For safety reasons, no kids under 18 years old are allowed.

- As there are stairs to access one bedroom, this property is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- Street parking is available.

- No pets allowed. The host lives next door and has 3 dogs and 2 cats (they do not have access to the holiday home).

- Parties are strictly forbidden.

- Bed linen and towels are changed for stays longer than 7 days.
