This charming home boasts a comfortable living room complete with a sectional and fireplace. The kitchen is well-appointed and has an eat-in dining table. The bedrooms have been beautifully outfitted with comfort in mind. There are five full bathrooms with four en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom also includes a dedicated desk workspace. The outdoor space includes a grill, large dining table and chairs, and a large hot tub. The space is full of beautiful flowers and surrounded by redwood trees.

The house is less than a ten-minute walk to the Russian River and includes floats for guest use. The Rio Nido Roadhouse and Rio Nido Lodge are also within a 7-minute walk. They both have great food and entertainment options throughout the year! There is a public pool available at the Rio Nido Roadhouse between May-September.
