"The house itself was large, clean, and well maintained,and its in a great walkable location. That said, the exterior of the home was less well maintained. For instance there was an old mattress abandoned in the yard, there were lots of leaves that were not cleaned up, and the hot tub had a green residue and an off smell. "I stayed at this property with several friends for a weekend of cycling and we greatly enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and river access after long days of biking. Everything was clean and in good condition. There is seating and room to have big group meals inside or on the deck. It's a lovely property and you can walk to town in 10 min.
