Welcome to your seaside retreat in the heart of Guarujá!

This charming apartment, with a privileged "sand-on-your-feet" location on Pitangueiras Beach, is perfect for those seeking comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable family stay.

The apartment features a cozy bedroom equipped with a double bed and a trundle bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that accommodates two children or one adult, as well as a foldable bed (ideal for a child) and a 42-inch TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. We also provide a mattress armchair that can be used on the floor as needed.

The open-concept kitchen is stocked with basic household utensils, such as pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and a coffee maker. Among the appliances, you will find a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and other items to make meal preparation easier. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine and sink.

To help you enjoy the beach comfortably, we offer three beach chairs. The building also provides one beach umbrella per apartment, which can be requested directly at the front desk. Security is ensured with 24-hour concierge services.

We welcome one small pet per rental, as long as they are accustomed to using the appropriate space for their needs. An additional fee applies for pets, so please remember to include your pet in your reservation. We hope you and your four-legged companion enjoy your stay together.

We provide one parking space in a nearby building, just a few blocks from the apartment. For added convenience, it is possible to stop temporarily at the building to unload your luggage.

Please bring your own towels and bed linens. We supply a few blankets and pillows for use during your stay. For your convenience, we suggest the following sheet sizes: standard double for the main bed, single for the trundle bed, foldable bed, mattress armchair, and double or queen (preferably without elastic) for the sofa bed.
