"This was a very nice, quiet, and private place to stay. Clean and comfortable, it was in an excellent location for walking to the beach and riding bikes along the greenway and into historic Fernadina Beach. It was very easy to communicate with the host and the entire experience was very positive. We did not use the pool or tennis courts but they were a nice option. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Wonderful place for a family! Super clean, great ammendities, awesome location, for an older building the renovations are nicely done! Great communication from the host. We didnt not experience any problems. With school age kids, we had all we need and my kids loved the pond, clubhouse and esp the pool. Sitting on the balcony or family room was a favorite to watch the ducks and turtles."
