It was clean, the kitchen was modern, and the cabin itself was cozy and welcoming. We had our own fire pit and deck which was a great bonus, plus lots of space to walk our dog."

"The Home Tract cottage is very comfortable, very clean and very cozy. Comfortable bed, a lot of nice personal touches, a lovely setting and close to Charlottesville. I highly recommend it!"

"House was clean, nicely arranged and very spacious. The only issue we experienced was with the front door. Upon arriving the deadbolt which is controlled by a key pad unlocked however, the doorknob was also locked. We called the number listed on VRBO and received tje automatic VRBO line and was extremely unhelpful. I did locate a key box hidden in an area and was able to get the key with the same code provided to us. On our last night there we were again locked out for 15 minutes as the...
