Welcome to Rodney Bay Suites (RBS) – Elegantly styled with complete relaxation, comfort and peace in mind!

NOTE** where calendar is showing fully booked, please email us for availability of second identical suite, located on property.

Nestled in the exclusive Rodney Heights, these secluded private one bedroom suites are tucked away to create an intimate, romantic setting. Panoramic sea views, lush hillsides and the famous Rodney Bay Marina can be seen from every angle of your suite and deck.

Both suites bedroom and living area accommodates up to 3 persons comfortably, allowing for privacy.

Caribbean life is outdoors, with that in mind the property boasts an amazing 60ft. wooden private deck and 50ft. pool deck, beautifully furnished to provide an amazing outdoor experience; perfect for breakfast, cocktails or BBQ’s.

For the traveler who wants to stay connected, full Wi Fi is available.

We stayed for 18 days. The place is super clean, breath taking views, kitchen has it all. The owners took extra care to contribute to the Christmas and New Year spirit. The place is great for couples, additional one child (like in our case) can also be easily accommodated (but not two). The owners also take care of your privacy as well as about having a relaxed and peaceful stay. You simply cannot go wrong with this place. Renting a car is a must in St. Lucia if you want to do anything beyond staying in this gorgeous place in Rodney Bay (which is probably the best place to have an accommodation and a starting point to explore the island).

Wonderful property and a great host. Hector was kind enough when my gps failed to come get us in the dark for our check in.Plenty of kitchen supplies and very clean rooms.Air conditioning worked well as well as the water pressure.The pool was awesome and a welcome way to relax after exploring.Very convenient to grocery and other shopping.Decent restaurants nearby as well, Amici’s pizza was very good ( although not local cuisine obviously)We would definitely return on our next trip to the island.

The property is situated in an excellent location offering stunning views of Rodney Bay Marina and Pigeon Island. While the cleanliness of the property was commendable it would benefit from some updates. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, I encountered challenges with housekeeping. The online information indicated service every three days but I only received it once during my nine-night stay. Ideally, having an extra set of towels for each guest for the duration of the stay would be preferable rather than just one set provided after I requested. Additionally, the pool tended to accumulate bugs and flies by the afternoon so having a net for cleaning would be advantageous. The check-in process could be improved, as I required clearer instructions due to the inadequacy of the maps in St. Lucia which led me to the wrong location. Upon arrival, the host's welcome was less than warm. It is worth noting that the property consists of two identical apartments situated beneath the host's residence. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay. However, those seeking enhanced service may wish to consider alternative locations or resorts.

A wonderful pace to chill out.

The location of the property is just what we were looking for, fantastic views over the harbour and only a 10-15min walk to the shops and restaurants, but a bit longer up hill on the way back.Hector was the perfect host, on hand if needed but otherwise left us to enjoy our stay. The pool was ideal for an early morning dip and to cool off later in the day. Although the kitchen area is small, there is everything you need for those evenings you choose to eat in.We will definitely book here again when we next visit St Lucia.

This was the second part of our honeymoon and Gale was very nice and personable. The property was perfect. Most things were walking distance but they have a specific cab driver they recommend that drives for them frequently- he was very good to us as well. Great experience overall we were sad to go!

Most beautiful accommodations in Rodney Bay

We had an amazing stay at Rodney Bay Suites. We stayed 5 weeks and the time flew by. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The outdoor space is amazing with outstanding views, lush greenery everywhere, large pool and lounge area with sun and shade. If you don’t have a car you do have a bit of a hike up the hill to the apartment but the exercise is worth it for the views and accommodations. Hector was extremely helpful and considerate. In our opinion this is the best place to stay in Rodney Bay. Thank you Hector and staff for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic St. Lucia Getaway!

The property & suite were beautiful and pristine and the views of the bay were simply amazing. The suite was immaculate, modern and equipped with all we needed. We enjoyed making breakfast for ourselves each morning and eating out on the deck/patio just gazing out at Rodney Bay -- moments that really allowed us to unwind and enjoy. The walk down the hill of the neighborhood was no big deal but the walk back up is a workout -- The walk to downtown & the beach (Reduit) were quick and pretty easy & a taxi ride back at night after dinner was a really moderate expense & a no-brainer for us -- We also loved using the St.Lucia buses (there is a stop right at the main road after you come down the hill from the property) We did rent a vehicle right from Hector for our last 2 days (Which is a convenient amenity!) and enjoyed driving to Soufriere and back (If you have never driven on the left side of the road from the right side of the car and don't like winding tight roads - I don't recommend this- lol - It's not really for a first timer) -- The island is stunningly beautiful and as foodies we really enjoyed the food, restaurants, and grocery stores of the island. The locals were all very friendly and welcoming and we really can't say thank you enough to Hector for all of his hospitality and for sharing his home & island with us! We are planning a return trip soon!

The property was very well apoointed and rhe views are amazing. We were taking pictures from rhe deck all day it seemed. Hector and his wife were very attentive but gave us all rhe privacy we needed. There is a market just at the bottim of the hill for all your needs. They arranged for us to be picked up from the airport. Very convenient and super friendly driver (Thank you Andrew) All in all amazing property.

Nous avons aimé la propreté, le standing, et les équipements de la villa. Nous avons moins aimé la modification du prix de la location journalière de la voiture (50$us) alors que sur le mail que le propriétaire nous avait envoyé, il était annoncé 45$... Pour une ancienne jeep qui aurait besoin d'une bonne révision. Nous avons moins apprécié également la mauvaise qualité du wifi un accès internet qui est en permanence saccadé et sur les deux derniers jours de notre séjour, nous n'avions aucun accès internet! Obligé d'utilisé notre réseau mobile ou le wifi des restaurant...

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts

We stayed at Rodney Bay Suites for 7 days, and had a great time. The property is beautiful, clean, and has all amenities required. Each suite has it's own bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom, and living area. Hector and Gail were pleasant hosts, and very unobtrusive. As others have mentioned it is a short walk to a grocery store, and also to Rodney bay shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences. Also as others have mentioned it is a bit of an uphill walk to the house from the main road, and there are some stairs to walk down to the suites. Nothing too much if in decent shape, but for elderly or not-so decent shape driving might be required. We had a great time in St. Lucia! Thank you Hector and Gail!

A peaceful visit

We stayed at this lovely spot after a week near the Pitons and could not have been happier. The view out over the bay was great and as the sun fades and the lights of the town seem to float on the vista. Instead of renting a car we ran a tab with Hector for our frequent trips to the beach and he drove us south to the airport on the last day. It work out better for us than renting a car. The best way to see St Lucia is to divide the trip into south/north. The property has two rented apartments and a really nice pool which we had to ourselves the two days that we did not go to the beach. Outside the apartment each tenant has a table with an umbrella......a lovely spot for morning coffee or lunch when you are hanging out. Hector gives you the use of a phone for reaching him and if he can't help you he makes arrangements . The bed was comfortable and the property well maintained . The hosts Hector and Gail a very nice and will help you when you need it. I highly recommend this lovely and peaceful place for your stay....We were very happy with our time there.....Gerry & Mike

The suite, pool, and views exceeded our expectations

Hector and Gail were wonderful hosts. From meeting us at check in and explaining where to find the bank, shopping, beaches, dive shop, etc.... to introducing us to the local fish fry at Duke’s Place. The apartment amenities, large deck and pool area, and superb views were even better than the pictures and everything exceeded our expectations. We found the location ideal, in that we were able to walk to grocery shopping, restaurants, and Reduit Beach all within a 25 min radius. The climb up the hill to the Villa we found to be great exercise… But for anyone not so inclined, Hector does offer a vehicle available for rent. We will be recommending this accommodation to friends and family… And we would definitely stay with Hector and Gail again.

Lovely retreat with a gorgeous view

On our first trip to St Lucia, we stayed at a hotel and spent most of our time by the pool. We often had to wait for the best poolside seats to come available, and ended up eating the tasty but not very healthy poolside bar food every day for lunch. On our second trip, we decided to try a Homeaway stay, and we are so glad we did. We got the poolside relaxation we wanted along with so much more. Privacy, space, a wonderful view, the ability to cook for ourselves when we wanted to, and of course the friendly hosting of Hector and Gale. Some specifics for anyone considering booking: -It's about a 10 minute walk in to town or to a supermarket; a fine excursion -Being up in the hills means you get a breeze when it is very hot down on the flats - this was an unexpected bonus -There are a few different deck/poolside seating options meaning you can vary your mix of sun and shade as you like -The hammock was especially comfortable! Only concerns to note, to give the full picture- -Many in the neighborhood (and across the island) have dogs, and you will hear some barking from time to time -The walk in to town is not especially gorgeous/resort-like - at some point you are walking alongside the road. We did this most days, weren't quite sure the first day whether we were going the best way, but did not think about it much after that Other than that - go to Duke's and the jump-up on Friday, go to Spinnaker's and Delirius for beachside food and for cocktails, go to the Massy Gourmet grocery store for hometown needs - and buy some sunscreen, even if you are in the shade the sun reflecting off the pool can creep up on you! The last thing to say is that Hector and Gale and the rest of their team are wonderful hosts - we had the chance to check in with someone every day if needed, and they also gave us a local cell phone to use throughout our visit so we could reach them 24/7. We never had any issue that made us need to call, but it was a great above and beyond touch. Hope this review is helpful to others in deciding to have as good of a visit as we did.

Probably the best place in Rodney Bay!

Where to start, Hector greeted us upon arrival and helped to get us settled in as we arrived 3 hours late because of plane delays. He suggested we go down to the bay and eat at Mathews which was great. We took a cab back for $10 USD or $20EC. Hector greeted us the next morning and gave us the lay of the land with many great suggestions for restaurants and sites to see. The condo was comfortable, quiet, clean and absolutely perfect with your own pool. The view was OUTSTANDING. The Marina and Rodney Bay are only about a 15 minute walk from the condo and a supermarket is only about 10 minutes. Bring runners because it is a steep hill to get back to the house or simply cab it or rent a car. Hector actually has a little Suzuki sidekick that he rents out that is great. Most mornings we ran from the condo to the end of Rodney Bay and back for a little over 5k with hills! Awesome run and just enough. I would caution that if you don’t like walking/climbing hills that you might want to rent a car or taxi it to and from Rodney Bay or the Marina. The marina has a few restraunts as well, our favorite was Elena's. Fantastic pizza, salads,blt's and wine etc. A few days in we met Hector’s wife Gale and she was just as lovely as Hector but better looking! Hector and his brother took us to the Friday night fish fry with another couple and we had an awesome time. Hector drove us to a very posh resort the next day and got us a visitor pass where we stayed for a great afternoon. The rest of our stay we toured the island for a few days and went to Soufriere by sidekick. The ride was not for the faint of heart as it is through the mountains but worth it, even though I had to endure hearing my wife whimper for a few hours that I was going to drive us off a cliff. We did a full day excursion by catamaran that was pretty cool as well. Make sure you climb Pigeon Island and on the way back down hit up this cool little bar next to the beach for lunch and drinks. This place was ideal for us as we are independent and private people, however; Hector and Gale were always around when needed but never intruded except to ask if everything was ok. We are well traveled and this stay was in our top 3 for locations and destinations. We will definitely be back (If they have us ;)! Sean and Cynthia

Great Location & Unbelievable Views

We really enjoyed our stay here! Hector & Gale are both lovely people; not intrusive at all and, since we had no neighbor while we were there, it felt like we had everything to ourselves! The pool was lovely and the multiple times a week cleaning of the suite (thanks Ezra!) was a bonus. The grounds were well tended by Antony. Many restaurants, bars, shopping, Reduit Beach, etc. all within 10 minutes max of the unit with Pigeon Island less than 15 minutes away. Driving further south than Castries can be tough going but we did Marigot Bay for a day and also drove all the way to Soufriere but took a boat there on our second visit. Keep in mind that this is truly a self service place; 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towel, etc. No big deal, just something to keep in mind. The dog barked quite a bit but, after I found out that he listened when I told him to "shhh" that ended up being fine, too, lol. Tip: definitely use their driver, Kenrick, to get you from the airport. Unless you've been to St Lucia before and know exactly what you're doing, that would be a total hassle after a long travel day. Paradise!

We stayed in this suite over the Christmas season and it was everything we had hoped and more. The suite was well appointed but the best part for us northeners was the fantastic outside! The pool, the patio and the little outside sitting area were spectacular. Hector and Gaye were wonderful and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We had a really good time and would highly recommend St Lucia in general and this property in particular. Penny and Neville
