"Regrettably our room number 6. Did not smell nice. It had the smell of old wet trainers. We did mention it and a room diffuser was turned on. Some of the fixtures and fitting were falling apart. The shower was head was not appropriate for the size of the shower causing flooding. The staff were lovely and theroom was clean."

"Lovely clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Lovely food in restaurant. No TV service due to recent storms. This was not the fault of the hotel and they did provide a working TV in the comfortable lounge. Overall, a great 4 night stay. We will return."

"Good location and friendly staff"

"The hotel had a beautiful view! We had the room with the larger windows looking directly at the mountains. The staff was super helpful, we had to take extra twenty minutes to check out and they were very helpful about that. The food was lovely. And parking was ample as well!"

This place has a lovely traditional pub layout, fantastic food with plenty of choice, all staff super friendly and the rooms were on point. WiFi great throughout the property. Our room rate included breakfast, a lovely adequate selection which included self help items and order of the menu for hot. We will be definitely staying again when visiting the northern...

"We enjoyed the great history of the hotel along with the very attentive staff and delicious meal we had in the evening. We opted for the suite with a spacious sitting room overlooking the amazing setting. Wonderful!"

"Did exactly what it needed to do. Free parking for the van within walking distance. Lovely food and great staff."

"If booking a room with a city I would suggest requesting this as we didn’t know we had to and ended up with a view of catering extractor fans and air conditioning units. Also the room we stayed in was a card fob which you would atomically think upon leaving your room and the door shut g it would lock and you would need to key card to gain entry up until this open g we hadn’t realised our room had been unlocked when we went out on hikes and meals meaning anyone could have helped themselves to our...

"Lovely bed and breakfast in Keswick; close to restaurants. Parking is difficult on weekends."
