"We picked this hotel for the location. Close to main roads. Very good room. Shopping & restruants close by. Only complaint was regarding breakfast. Only 1 waffle machine and people were lined up to use it. Usually most hotels will have 2 machines. Breakfast was fine otherwise."
"Wonderful staff at this location. Clean and well looked after hotel. Woken up before midnight with a fire alarm. Found that a child had pulled the alarm. Staff dealt with it quickly and efficiently and while checking out apologized for the inconvenience when we brought up the jolt to the heart. Also shared a laugh. Beds were relaxing. Breakfast was great! Overall I highly recommend this hotel!"
"Downtown location. Historical building. Loved this feature. Updates in room and bathroom. We had huge corner room. Loved it. City sounds being downtown with all the roads. But that was expected. Would stay again. Breakfast included in our stay. A pub and a steakhouse attached. Pretty great offerings. "
"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hallways, elevators, lobby etc. were also very clean and updated. The staff were cordial and helpful. Parking was super easy and convenient. Plenty of linens and toiletries provided. It was definitely value for money and I would stay again.
The only gripe I had (and it’s small) was that the pool could have used a clean. The tile area around the hot tub was a wee bit grimy. But I still enjoyed it all weekend so it couldn’t have been...
