"The only thing going for this property is the location close to the University hospital. The door was locked when we arrived. I phoned and a 12 year old let us in. His information on my updated booking was not up to date, even though I had phoned a week prior to confirm with the owner my booking changes. There was graffiti, dumpsters and garbage all around the building and it appeared that they rented units out long term to low income (flags in windows instead of curtains, etc.). The attached liquor store, bar, restaurant and pub (all also covered in graffiti) were the most prominent part of the hotel as you approached. One was left wondering if they rented some rooms by the hour ."
