Very elegant tuscan Villa built in 1920. The living area is on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room of more than120 m² with sofas to relax, an ancient piano to play, a fireplace and a big table for 12 people.

The private fenced garden has got 2 swimming pools, which one is Water Heating and Air Massage with Bubbles.

Chairs and deckchairs and tables are available in the garden which you get entrance from the living room or from the dining room; so you have the direct access to the private garden with comfortable wood ground around the swimming pool (which it is 6 mt x 10 meters);

The heated pool with bubbles is 220 x 320 mt.

A movable barbecueis available.

On the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet, the other one it is with the shower.

From the main entrance a local stone staircase leads to the first floor where you find 7 double bedrooms (6 bedrooms are with Air Conditioning 1 bedroom with a fan in total 7 bedrooms ), that overlooks a spacious and bright hall. It is better for 12 people because for the only 4 bathrooms,
2 Bathrooms on the first floor, one with a shower, the other one with a bathtub and a shower.

The villa an authentic early 1900 Italian style. It is quite cool in the summertime for the thick wall of the house.

It is a very nice chance for a family reunion because it is very comfortable and relaxing place with children and adults.
