Green hills blossoming in fine weather, endless meadows stretching as far as the eye can see in a realm of absolute privacy and quiet, here is Villa nel Verde. Located in Greve in Chianti, in the picturesque landscape of Chianti, it features a bucolic charm externally and a minimal, modern design for the interior. It has a single floor with a loft, access for people with reduced mobility is not recommended. There is no elevator.
Villa nel Verde is located within a fenced area of 3 hectares, has 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people with double, single and sofa beds. There are 5 bathrooms in total, 4 inside the rooms and 1 service bathroom.
The large patio offers spectacular views of the surrounding hills; the loggia is furnished with a table, chairs, an outdoor sofa and a kitchenette with a sink. The main indoor kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: 2 refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, kettle, professional coffee machine.
There is an 8-by-4-meter rectangular swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, and outdoor shower. Children can play with the board games and cards available inside the villa. They can also play freely in the immense garden outside. Small pets are allowed.
