Villa Terra di Siena is an estate formed by three separate villas. It is located just outside the village of Panzano, less than an hour's drive from the city of Florence.
Surrounded by the scenery of beautiful Tuscany, Villa Terra di Siena sits on a hill over an area of about 8 hectares in an enchanting landscape. Panzano is in close proximity to the villa so stores, restaurants, and services are easily reachable in no time. Each villa has its own parking lot and walking path to the village.

Surrounded by lush nature, Villa Giardino, Villa nel verde, and Villa il Vigneto have both outdoor and indoor pools and are surrounded by vast gardens. You can stay in one of the two villas built in the 16th and 17th centuries or in the modern villa, built more recently. After five years of renovation by the best professionals and artists in Italy, the properties have become masterpieces, each with its own unique characteristics. All three are environmentally friendly and powered by geothermal and solar energy.
Villa Terra di Siena is an oasis for families, friends and groups of various sizes. The villas can be rented separately or individually for a total of 36 people, and the estate is a perfect venue for outdoor gatherings and private events such as business retreats, family reunions and weddings. The property is 46 km away from the Florence airport and less than a kilometer from Panzano. Impruneta is 22 km away and Greve in Chianti 7 km from the villas. Siena is 34 km from Villa Terra di Siena, and the well-connected train and bus station in Florence is easily accessible and can be found in the city center, which is 38 km from the property.
Villa il Vigneto is the main building and, around it, many local legends are told. It extends for 18 hectares, of which 8 hectares of chianti classico, 2000 olive trees, and the rest is covered by lawn and gardens. In 2013, the new property began a radical but respectful renovation, the tower has been transformed into a beautiful villa with 7 double rooms with bathrooms made of the finest Italian marbles. Everything is tastefully refined, there are halls, a spa, 2 outdoor swimming pools, one of which is a 450sqm heated pool. The second, Villa nel Verde, is finely furnished, and comprises 4 rooms including a triple, 5 bathrooms including one with washer and dryer, an indoor Spa of 25 sqm and a panoramic outdoor pool, both an indoor and an outdoor kitchen, which has a 200-sqm panoramic terrace. The third, Villa Giardino, has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, large terraces with outdoor kitchen, a 16-by-7-meter outdoor pool, a panoramic 500-square-meter lawn, a large indoor living room with a fireplace and very large open space kitchen, a Tv room and a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.
