Plenty of room to socialize and be comfortable. The AC system is a big upside as summer comes around. Overall was a good deal and had a great time."

"It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response.The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places). "This is an amazing house for a for a weekend getaway or a longer stay/retreat. The area is so quiet and peaceful and the house has all the amenities you will need. The hot tub on the deck with the serene view was also a huge benefit! We will definitely return to this beautiful home in the future. It is located right in Cool, CA.
