"The property was very clean and orderly. Plenty of room for a family of 4. While we stayed for only 2 nights, we would have enjoyed the property for a longer period of time. The kitchen was nicely stocked for any duration of stay. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. We used the washer and dryer-very nice quality. Property was also aesthetically pleasing. "This apartment is perfectly situated in downtown Greenville and proximal to most everything you’ll want to do in the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and accommodated our family easily. It was easy to find street parking for our car and we were able to walk everywhere.Notably, because it is in close proximity to the downtown area, there could be a lot of noise at night. Light sleepers might struggle, but we were otherwise immune to it.I"

"I would definitely stay here again. However, i would note several things. The listing says a 5th person could sleep comfortably on the couch. Where in the world do guests 3 and 4 sleep? There is one bed and one couch. The bathroom is at best, compact. There is no way 5 or even 3 people could share the bathroom. Also, the shower grout is either old or dirty. Somewhat off putting.
