This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. The Fairway Chalet is a four bedroom plus ensuites custom designed rental centred around experiences & comforts for all travellers. Perched high on the 17th hole of the Calabogie Highlands Golf Course, offering exquisite views of the fairway, woods, and the lake in a distance. Short 14 minute drive to the ski slopes!
The space
An invitation to stay is your primary feeling when entering the chalet. A large walk in closet to the right offers ample storage for multiple guests.

Upon entering you will walk into the fireplace lounge area; a sofa & wing chairs create a gathering space for conversation. The bright open concept kitchen and dinning area allow for guests to relax at the island or dining table during meal preparation. The chefs kitchen comes fully stocked with all essentials and more. Convenient items like a water pot tap above the stove and in addition a water & ice dispenser within the fridge. Complimentary coffee and tea, oil, vinegar, sugar, flour and spices are at your reach.

Enjoy the use of the propane gas fireplace during the cooler season, it sets a cozy ambiance. Above the fireplace is a large Samsung smart TV with streaming services.

The main level also includes a master bedroom and guest bedroom, each with private full-size ensuites.
The master bedroom has direct views of the golf course and balcony access.
A dedicated workspace allows remote workers to address business matters with High Speed Wifi connection.
The large master ensuite is fit for him & her. Large double sink vanity, stand alone soaker tub with fireplace and glass shower. A unique get ready station allows guests extra space to prepare for their night out or in.

The guest bedroom is ideal for children, two single beds and a private full sized ensuite. Decorated with modern neural pieces.

The staircase to the lower level provides access two additional bedrooms with ensuites and a large laundry room.
The highlight of the lower level is without a doubt the custom wet bar and lounge. A fabulous space for entertaining guests of all ages.
Two large deep sofas, smart television, and electric fireplace create a vibe perfect for watching Hockey Night in Canada or The Masters.
Direct access to the rear covered patio is where the large hot tub is situated-perfect size for multiple guests to relax and take in the view.

Off from the patio are stairs which guide you to the circular fireplace seating area. A great spot to lounge in any season.

The garage is accessible during your stay and can store golf clubs, ski and snowmobile gear. ATVS and snowmobiles may also be stored upon request.

Please note this is not a secluded chalet, it is located in a residential area and we request quite time between 11pm-8am. The neighbours will appreciate your respectfulness.
