House Rules:

- Check-in time is 4PM & Check-out time is 11AM.
- Smoking is not allowed at the property.
- Pets are welcome for an additional charge of £50 per dog. Guests must inform the host in advance if they plan to bring a pet.
- A £100 damage deposit is required and must be paid at least 24 hours before check-in. Please contact me directly for the bank transfer details.
