"Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....

Some things starting to starting to show some age and wear, odd damp smell in the main floor hallway, but overall well maintained and I would choose to stay here again for another Kings Island visit."

It’s unclear if there is new management or what but the front desk staff allowed the lobby to become a disaster and they were also hard to locate."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool was nice. It was very crowded as there was a baseball event and we ran out of towels every time we went. Our room did not get cleaned any of the four days we were there. We did set out our trash cans to be emptied after the first. "The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff made sure everything was well stocked. My only problem was the hotel did not have the confirmation for my 2nd room. They initially gave me the key to a room that was already occupied. They corrected the issue and I did not have any additional problems."
