"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. We had the best time in a beautifully kept property. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Rooms are spacious and modern. "This apartment is a great little place to stay. About a 2 minute walk away from town and to local groceries. Serra was an excellent communicator and made check in easy. The WiFi is sound and a great selection of shows/movies available on Netflix/disney. The only complaint I have is the property is advertised as having a washer and dryer, but I did not see a dryer at the property."

"This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

"Friendly check-in, beautiful hotel and lovely room. Restaurant experience let it down. Arrived at hotel at 7:30pm after a 4 hour drive and was told restaurant quiet so no need to book, but when coming to eat 15minutes later the greeter felt it necessary to loudly tell us off for not booking and made a great show of considering whether he could fit us in (when 90%+ of the tables were free). Food quality patchy. "
