This ground-level apartment is located just off Route 219 in Great Valley at the four-way stop where Route 98 becomes Route 219. Positioned between Route 219 and Great Valley Creek, it offers quick access to Holiday Valley and the Village while avoiding village congestion.
The apartment is part of a duplex and has its own completely private entrance.

An electric griddle makes group breakfasts easy, and a crockpot allows for simple, hands-off dinners. The island seats three, and a separate table for two provides additional dining space.

A car is recommended for your stay. The apartment is located directly off Route 219, making it quick and easy to reach Holiday Valley and the Village of Ellicottville in just a few minutes.
There are 2 designated parking spaces located by the shed for this unit. Additional vehicles may park directly in front of your own vehicles within those designated spots (stacked parking is allowed).
