Two bedrooms (one Queen, one Full) separated by a full bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub.

A second full bathroom (shower only) is located off the kitchen.

Loft:



A third bedroom with a Queen-sized bed overlooks the living area, providing additional space for guests.

Outdoor Space:



A large deck with a gas grill and seating, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing.

A generous yard with a fire pit, perfect for enjoying cool evenings and starry skies.

The home also features central A/C for warm weather comfort.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the yard, deck, and fire pit.

The cabin is located in a peaceful country setting in Great Valley, offering a serene escape while still being close to local attractions. The Village of Ellicottville, known for its restaurants, shops, and year-round events, is just a 10-minute drive away. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to Holiday Valley Resort, Allegheny State Park, and other recreational activities.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around the area. The cabin is just a short drive from Ellicottville (6 miles) and other nearby attractions, including Holiday Valley Resort and Allegheny State Park. Parking is available on-site.



Other Things to Note:

🔥 Fireplace: We try to keep the wood-burning fireplace stocked with firewood for your convenience. Occasionally supply can run low. If you notice it’s getting low during your stay, let us know and we’re happy to arrange additional firewood.

💧 Well & Septic: The property operates on a private well and septic system with a water softener. This is common in the area and completely safe. We simply ask guests to be mindful of water usage and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper.
