It is absolutely perfect for small families for ski weekends or Summer adventures in the White Mountains. Mark gives great recommendations for good eats, activities, etc. so you don’t even have to think about a thing while on vacation. We will absolutely be back at one of Mark’s properties in the future. "We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property."
