"The house was clean and tidy, but the address was incorrect on Vrbo and the house was very cold upon arrival. No heat upstairs and the heat downstairs was shut off. (Temp during the day was below 50°, at night in the 20s). The host called me about the address after I messaged him. Vrbo needs to fix that. "

"Very pretty cottage. Everything was very clean and up to date. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were a little hard to maneuver for my husband who has back issues, so we slept on the murphy bed, that was very comfortable. We also would have needed to carry the dogs up the steps. The outdoor area was very nice. We were only there for two nights. Wished we had more time to relax and enjoy. The list of things to do and places to eats was also a nice addition. "

"We have stayed in all the properties around the hotel for years. I really have loved them all but the Mt Washington Place is so nice and has so much space when you have a large family. It was quiet and clean and it's nice to sit out in the sunny deck."
