WHAT TO EXPECT
Arrival and Departure -Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM. -Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability. -A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival. -Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement. -All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.
Occupancy and Pets -The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests. -Dogs are allowed. (Maximum of 2 dogs), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet. -Dogs should not be left unattended in units if there is potential for them to bark and disturb neighbors or damage the property. -Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Amenities -Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest. -Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, with beds made and fresh towels waiting for you upon arrival. -This unit provides cable television. -There is a remote-controlled AC mini split in the main living area. -The fireplace is wood burning. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery! -This unit has a propane grill. -Use of a fire pit at this property is not permitted. -No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.
Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway -Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community. -Parking is limited to 2 CARS. -Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed. -Access from parking to the front door requires climbing four steps. -The property is situated in a quiet mountain setting, accessible via scenic town roads and a private, HOA-maintained dirt/packed gravel road. Access is easy in warmer months. In winter, especially during or after snowfall, conditions can be more challenging. An AWD/4WD vehicle and/or snow tires are strongly recommended. The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving.
Trash and Recycling -You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.
Disclosures -A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations -Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made. -Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.

Fantastic Spot
We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Bretton Woods! The place was beautifully done with all the comforts of home, and we loved the fire place. The location was perfect – very convenient and easy to get to, close to the Omni and to Bretton Woods. Communication with the management company was seamless and prompt, making the entire experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again!

Thanksgiving Stay
We had a large group all renting Town Houses. I was the only one at FairView. We loved our Town Home. It snowed the first night and we had such a pretty view out the sliding doors. The ho e was very clean and it was 3 minutes from where the rest of our family stayed.

My Washington Fairway Home
The fairway home was an ideal location to walk to Mt. Washington Resort and close to the Cog Railway. It was spacious with great cooking facilities. It worked for 2 couples but is probably better suited to one couple with children due to the bunk bed set up in one bedroom. We had spectacular weather in early September. The cancellation period was a lot longer than we liked but fortunately all of us were healthy and our travel plans worked out.

Quick weekend get away.
Great property, nicely furnished and very quite. Excellent spot if you're a hiker, golfer or skier. I would stay here again.
One thing to note, we had no GPS service while driving up at night in the pouring rain. We could not locate the address and drove to the Mt. Washington Inn for directions. Bring printed directions if you're going there for the first time.

Just okay for the price/fees
Great area, love that we could have our small dog with us and we were comfortable enough.The unit however is a little tired -- screen slider too temperamental to use; master bath fan really loud; dining furniture a bit large/rough. The bedroom fitted w/bunk arrangement not conducive to an adult couple with poor mattress and loud waterproof pad. Also blinds in that room do close leaving about a 10"gap. Kitchen lacked measuring spoons and any kind of shears/scissors, never could find a spatula. Other family members were staying at 2 other units, both of which were better appointed and updated.
