"Definitely the best place to stay in Oroville, the place looks brand new and well lit parking is always a plus….great breakfast and coffee! We fished for salmon in the feather river which is about five minutes away and actually caught 2 of them👍 Would absolutely stay there again"

"Can't expect beauty from an aging motel, but the sink was cracked and stained..looked like someone with muddy hands had washed in the sink but when I tried to wipe the sink out it was still the same, so stained. Security person was on site and friendly enough but the security door open and loud music coming from the room. But it was turned down when it was late. I can understand if they can't afford to upgrade the motel, and after all we chose the motel for the cheap price, but they can at...
