"We were so disappointed when we arrived, the house was tidy but definitely not cleaned. After finding other hazards, including a blood trail on the floor, we decided to leave. My family, including our 4 children, had to promptly try to find new accomodation, hours from home. Upon speaking to the lady in charge, she was extremely rude, extremely un helpful and refused to be of any help to us, or reimburse us for the any of it, despite staying no longer than 40 minutes. "What a beautiful house, fantastic location within minutes walk to CBD, supermarket around the corner and Uni Tas on the next block.We used it for a business trip but would happily use it for personal, especially for when there are events on in Launceston like the AFL or Festivale as you are right on their door step"

One of the things I was most nervous about coming to Launceston in autumn was that I would be very cold but this accommodation had excellent heating and I was toasty warm inside.
