"This property is awesome! It’s the best mix of feeling off grid but also not being too far away from things to do. On arrival the place was extremely clean and welcoming and gave my partner and I an immediate feeling of peace. Not to mention the communication with the host is top notch! We stayed 4th of July weekend and they let us know where we could go to see fireworks. Before we left for the park they informed us that their neighbor was putting on a firework show as well so there was no need...

"I missed the part about needing a photo ID so when I arrived I looked for information about the gate and saw that and facepalmed while sending a photo of my ID while my children were scolding me for not reading the email This is like a mixed event and boarding space setup I think. The upstairs area for rent has a kitchenette-e-nette with a little tabletop dishwasher down the hall. You won't be cooking here, but there's a fridge and coffee waiting for you. "Amazing loft, it had everything we needed. As well as being a great size and very clean, being attached to Earthworks (the food was great) was very convenient. Highly recommend this establishment at Newwark station."

"This place was amazing! It was immaculate, well-lit with plenty of natural light, and so comfortable. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked. Food, shopping, and entertainment were all a short drive away, and the neighborhood was completely quiet. Less than a block away is the trailhead for a very clean, well-maintained paved trail for running or biking. The property was easy to find and very convenient! "

"Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."
