Come and enjoy island life!

Our home is located on a small island on the Indian River called VIP Island. This island is only accessible by boat so we offer a complementary boat ride over to the island upon arrival and back to the mainland upon departure. If you bring your own boat feel free to do self check in. For an extra fee, there is a pontoon boat and golf cart available for rent. VIP island is close to Melbourne and Vero, and only an hour and a half from Orlando.

This stunning new construction home whisks you away with its unique features. The main living area is upstairs with an open concept and modern floor plan that offers 180-degree views of the water. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the bedroom, or lounging on the porch the scenic river and wildlife surround you. You will see dolphins, manatees, a variety of fish, and plenty of osprey, pelicans, and cranes on and around the water. Another unique feature of this island is there are no cars! There is a nice walking and golf cart path to enjoy while exploring the island. Also, there is a guests beach on the west side of the the island to enjoy as well.

The second story has everything you need for a comfortable stay! There is a full kitchen with appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The kitchen island offers barstool seating and a central gathering place for entertaining. There is also a reverse osmosis water spigot for fresh drinking water. The living room features a large TV and relaxing atmosphere. The dining room seats 8 with a beautiful wooden table and large dining chairs. Off of the main area, there are two bedrooms featuring king size beds and en-suite bathrooms for your comfort and privacy. Both bedrooms are bright and open with views of the river. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the second bedroom upstairs. Plus, the porch upstairs has comfortable seating for you to enjoy the sunshine and the breeze.

The first story has a large covered porch for outdoor entertaining or relaxing. There is a charcoal grill outside with grilling utensils available in the kitchen. The living area downstairs features two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and small living room. The first bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two bunkbeds with six twin size beds. The kid’s bunkroom has a pirate theme and decor that any landlubber will enjoy! The kitchenette has a full-size fridge, a microwave, and sink area. There are also utensils, drinkware, and dinnerware in the kitchenette.

Also included with the house are cozy bed linens, pillows, and blankets. There are towels, shampoo and body wash in all three showers. For every bedroom there are extra blankets, pillows, and sheets upon request.

One of the unique features of this home is the private dock! You can pull your boat right up and dock overnight in front of the house. There are cleats and bumpers on the dock for your convenience when docking. Along the south side of the dock there is a floating jet ski dock for your convenience as well.

Being waterfront, this home includes two kayaks for your enjoyment. Plus, there is swimming access right off the dock.

Our newest addition is an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has plenty of counter space and a mini fridge for you enjoyment. This is located on the lower porch right next to the charcoal grill for ease of prepping food and drinks! The outdoor shower has hot and cold running water. Plus, it's fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well.

This home is pet friendly for small dogs under 50lbs. Please inquire if you have a larger dog and we will decide on a case by case basis. There is also a pet fee for each for each pet per stay.

If you do not plan on bringing a private boat for transportation then please reach out to set up any rides you will need on an off the island ahead of time. Any rides given other than arrival and departure are for a fee. Each ride back and forth from the island to the mainland or from the mainland to the island will be a $25-$30 fee unless there is an emergency.
