"Loved this cute little house. My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son and DIL. Kitchen is small but had everything I needed to prepare and host dinner. We enjoyed outdoor grilling and dining in the backyard. Quiet and friendly neighborhood was a beautiful place to walk each evening. Host was excellent communicator for the few questions we had. You will not notice that this house allows pets. It was soo clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave a 4 for value / price is...

"Unfortunately the pool screening was missing in roof and the pool had bugs along with outdoor seating area. One thing i look for in a rental is enclosed pool. Had to know about it as screen was no where to be seen.Washing machine does not work properly. Also something they should have known. Dont they wash the linens there.Handle on sliding door to get to pool also broken.This was my second time at this property this year and it needs some fixes. I will probably look elsewhere next trip."

"The home is very quaint and suitable for extended stays. It was clean however, for a five week stay, I feel the owner should have left more cleaning products and supplies. If I didn't travel in an RV to the property, I wouldn't have had my own vacuum cleaner and supplies. Also, prior to my stay, I asked the owner if it was okay to keep our motor home in the driveway. She informed me it was, but come to find out it against Palm Bay ordinances, which resulted in a three hundred dollar storage...

"DO NOT BOOK- left mid way through trip because we didn’t feel comfortable any longer! The reviews are completely misleading! The photos are old, and the host is non responsive, the backyard is a mess and the fence is falling apart. I REGRET GOING"

"Best thing was the garage and being able to use our car w/o it being overheated every time we went somewhere. The place was wonderful. Only downside was not having a laundry inside the unit. There is room to add one, so stackable OR the 2 in 1 washer/dryer would be a big game changer."
