"Front desk staff were fantastic! So friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to be provided an early check in. Beds were comfortable, enough room to store to bicycles overnight. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. Breakfast was sufficient with total, yogurt, frozen omelets to heat in microwave. Clean and quiet."

"Bed was hard, pillows were hard, but somehow the bed was comfortable and I was supposed to wake up around 8 am ended up waking up at 10am. shower was clean and very calming. The laundry smelled heavenly and refreshing! Staff were helpful but a bit vague."

"We checked in and there was clothes from the previous person or persons left behind the fridge in the room. We could not check into the room as the front desk person made a mistake and blames it on Expedia. The manger had to correct the mistake. There was other people staying in rooms next to us and they were smoking right outside their door and it was coming into our room through the window. We had mentioned this to the manager in training.
