"Room was small but decent. Bed was a bit lumpy, pillows were hard. In the a there was a radio alarm going off in room across from at 630 am and did not stop. Otherwise good for one night. "

"We booked a two night stay and ended up checking in at 3pm and the bed was so hard we woke up at 1:30 a.m. and left. We ended up hitting the road at 2:30 am and driving back home. Paid for a two night stay and did not even sleep through the night. This was the worst stay we have experienced at a hotel in years. We are very easy to please, but the bed was terrible!!!!!!!!!!! Hard, sunk in, and you could tell it had not been replaced in a very long time. Will never stay here again. "

"Not certain our room was cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. Sheets were clean, but toilet had rings in it, the shampoo dispenser was broken from the shower wall and laying on the floor, there was no soap in the shower, no coffee stocked, the cream and sugar packet that was provided was already open. We arrived very late and were exhausted, so just dealt with it. Bed was comfortable though, so we were thankful for that. "

"Beautiful new facility. We went to the casino, and had a drink in the bar, and were told we could only pay in cash or with our players card which we didn't have. Very odd. Also was told at the front desk that I couldn't get a copy of my end bill although the other people we were there with did. I just think staff needs some training and/or supervision."
