We got there early, but there was only one other vehicle in the parking lot, so we were concerned the property was shut down when we first pulled up. The lady at check in was very kind, especially since I'd messed up and one of the rooms I'd reserved had not been fully canceled. She helped me figure out which one I needed to fix. "The room seemed clean, but the stairs going to the second floor were quite dirty. We didn't care for the breakfast at all---the coffee was good. In the room above us, there were kids or somebody jumping onto the floor or stomping across the room which we could clearly hear. The suite was roomy and we really liked the two separate bedrooms. The coffee pot in the kitchen area did not work."

The cabins are currently under construction, unkept, dirty and not private.The property owners/managers are a no show to whom you have to communicate via text message. "Great corner location. Property was clean and provided what we needed for a weekend stay. The overall location was great to walk to Ball arena, grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
