"Very nicely decorated and clean. Cozy room with amenities in an interesting restored property. Would definitely stay again."

"Perfect [very] small and very basic place to crash for a night and move onto the next stop in the AM. Clean, staff was pleasant and communicative and had amenities including a small store. Main downsides is that there is barely if any food options in the area so would suggest to pick up something on the way there or pick your own. It’s also a popular stop for truckers to catch some sleep for the night so sometimes the vehicle traffic can be loud. Bathroom and shower are very small and basic [not...

"Thank goodness there was someone at the front desk to let me in as the code given was incorrect! Great location, and nice lobby area and the woman at the lobby desk couldn’t have been nicer."

"Je n'avais pas réalisé qu'il n'y avait pas de bureau de réception. C'est à l’arrivée que j'ai découvert que l'on devait parler à un écran et après l'inscription, la clef est tombée d'un casier installé sur le mur... C'est un autre monde... Quand à la chambre il y a tout, poêle, réfrigérateur, cuisine, salon, et chambre. C'est propre."

"Excellent room, older property well maintained and very tidy. Lots of welcoming touches."

"The property is in a perfect location to enjoy everything that Manitou has to offer. As well as walkable to downtown. Easy in and out with you vehicle as well if your visiting nearby attractions by car. And the Hosts are fantastic"

"Air conditioning didn’t work properly but luckily it wasn’t a hot time of year and the window opened for good air flow"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the check-in process is terrible. There are no actual human beings working on the property. The key pad on our door wasn't working properly and we had to call someone to remotely open our door every time we entered. We have stayed here before and liked it but with this change to zero staffing, AI communication, and difficulty with the remote entry we won't be staying here again. And we come to Manitou Springs at least once a year. Time to...

"The place was accommodating for a family of 4. But it need to more clean and maintenance. The pull couch sheets was dirty, the TV did not work, window blinds didn't block out windows for changing. When we requested more towels, it brought in brown greasy used bag, so disgusting."

"This was not a Lodge in any sense of the word. These are barracks designed to house oil field workers. There was no one to check in with and had to call the number and then wait at least 20 minutes for a disinterested person to tell me what unit I was in. I would have left but there was a no refund policy and I was exhausted from driving. Grimy floor, stove, drawers, and a general funky smell. When I checked the reviews, someone had posted a 10/10 which to me means that they must have stayed...
