The rooms are run down and disgusting. Smell like cigarette smoke and something rotten. Toilet didn’t flush. the bedrooms are old and very outdated. "Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!"

"An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops.
