✹ NO SMOKING: This home is located within a non-smoking community. No smoking of any substance is permitted inside or outside the home, per HOA rules. Any violations of this rule may result in immediate eviction and/or imposed fines.
✹ SECURITY CAMERAS: A Ring camera is positioned at the front door for your safety and ours. Audio and visuals are recorded 24 hours a day. There is no recording inside the home.
