"Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. "

"The host was extremely responsive to questions and requests. The location is central, with most businesses we were interested in were a 10-20 minute drive.Quiet, with little traffic, and Colorado Mesa University across the street. Park was close, as well as restaurants and bakeries.House interior isn’t updated, but beds were comfortable and large backyard was enjoyable for the grandkids."

"Cute little place, clean, lot's of little extras. Dog pen and area to run dogs was very nice. Well lit if you come in after dark."

"This was a great place to stay for my two daughters, wife, and myself while we skied two days at Powderhorn resort. It has a nice layout for the space. We enjoyed being able to use the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The Weber grill worked to perfection. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, ice maker, dishwasher, and the extra towels provided. Host did a great job of communicating. The beds were a little softer than I prefer, but nothing I lost any sleep over. Overall the lighting options...

"Great to see a hot tub, but we didn’t use it. We mainly played board games, slept and ate there."

"Great place and ideal location in downtown Fruita. Beautiful remodel, comfortable rooms, big TV, nice kitchen, secure bike storage, and washer/dryer. Will have to return to spend time using the outdoor fire pit and grill! "

"The home was so beautiful and cozy. All appliance and amenities were top notch and new. Beds were comfortable. Several nice small touches. Truly felt like we were being welcomed as guests in the home. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again."
