Our beautiful place is just minutes away from the Grand Junction Airport, shops, restaurants, attractions, hikes and more; all within a short 10-15 minute drive.
The space
Upon entry, you will be invited into a comfy and modern space fitted with soft furnishings that will make you feel at home. Unwind on the comfortable sofa and use the free WiFi available. Sit back and watch your favorite Netflix shows on our 55 inch TV.
This space features a laptop-friendly work space for guests who wish to work remotely.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the cooking utensils for our chef guests, bon appetit!
Complete with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and let's not forget the almighty coffee maker! Nothing like a fresh cup of coffee in the morning!
There is also a brand new modern washer & dryer, as well as a fully auto dishwasher. We’ve made sure to have an iron and vacuum cleaner available for your convenience.
Down the corridor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and lovely 46” TV. The room invites a lot of natural light and includes a dresser and 2 night stands for plenty of storage.
On the opposite end of the corridor you'll find bedroom 2 with a comfortable queen bed, an office desk and 2 nightstands.
Freshen up and enjoy a hot shower after a long day working or exploring the area in our fully stocked bathroom.
Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets or morning sunrises with a cup of coffee or tea on our lovely patio with 2 cushy chairs and outdoor coffee table.
Guest access
The home is spread over one floor with its own private entrance, There is also free parking available on the premises.
Other things to note
There is a 3rd bedroom and an internal garage door which is locked at all times in the townhouse and is inaccessible to guests. But don't worry, All other areas of this home you will have full access to!
