"The room was fabulous for myself an fiance an kiddo...not only was it super clean but smelled fabulous. The staff was great with helping with any things I needed. But when I came to check-in even though it was 10pm it did take the evening staff about 10 minutes to come to the front in order to check me in. He was helping another person who was staying there so I understood"

"Everything about the Hampton property was excellent, the Expedia app was the thing that was 2 thumbs down, I was booked and paid for in the app, but when I went to check in nothing was sent to Hampton Inn from Expedia. Was an exhausting experience just to check in, thankfully the staff at hotel were accommodating, having said that I will no longer be using Expedia for any travel arrangements"
