"This spot made for an easy stopover with smooth check-in and check-out processes."

"Rooms are basic compared to others I've tried but good location combined with convenient parking made my visit enjoyable."

"We used a family room which was roomy enough for everyone. Balcony views gave us some fresh air breaks between outings."

"We found the air conditioning perfect for two people resting after travel day."

"Inside of this property was well appointed, we had enough towels for showers and the shower had great pressure with a large step-in shower stall. Toilet was not bolted to the floor causing it to shift when using. The upright dresser was full of extra bedding in every drawer, we had to clean them out so we could use a few. The closet area of the dresser was full of cleaning supplies, a dirty vacuum, and a swiffer that had not been changed. We had dress clothes that could not be put into this...

"cute place, a bit humid and no AC control but the movie room is cool"

"The room was very clean and modern. The check-in process was easy and I had the best rest that I had in a long time. Being in the lower level with no windows provided a very quiet and dark ambiance at night. There is ample lighting throughout the unit if needed though, you can really unplug here. I would definitely stay here again"

"Terrible, worst stay ever . It was such a hassle to get in no clear instructions… never again"

"Quick stop but comfy bed. Close to the highway made it easy to find."

"We really enjoyed our stay and the check-in/out process was easy. The location, decor, and parking were great. We were very grateful there wasn’t a list of cleaning or chores to do before we left. I don’t know if this is the best property for elderly people. The stairs are hard to navigate and don’t have a bannister all the way up, the rugs and thresholds between rooms are tripping hazards, the floors slant, and the level of the bottom of the tub is lower than then floor. These are all things...

"I had wondered about the amenities. the coffee pot was not cleaned , actually had mold in it , and the carpet was lifting at one corner, where i kept tripping on it. I certainly appreciated the rest ! As it was during the turkey holiday and easy to find through downtown Hartford "
