"Bungalow was very clean. View was lovely. The only slight problem was the futon was very hard to figure out and as a couch it was very uncomfortable. Another slight problem with the lock box was promptly addressed by the hosts, much appreciated! Otherwise we had a very good time."

"The property was well maintained. Everything you could need except for bedding (states bedding is needed in the listing) The interior of the cottage is absolutely adorable. Easy for my mom the get around without her can or walker. She loved the porch, said it was very relaxing. My only complaint was there is no outdoor lights. There was a light on the outside of the porch and right next to the door. They never came on with a switch or without. Other than that perfect for what I needed "

"We were up for our son's last homecoming weekend at PSU, accommodations were perfect for 5 adults (and would be as well with 6, we had an open bed). We essentially just slept here; but in nice weather it would be great to hang out on the porch and grill out. The location was perfectly located for us, and quiet at night."

"We had a wonderful time at the Inn. The property was lovely- spacious grounds for relaxing, playing whiffle ball, corn hole, and bocce. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and game area. The kitchen was well laid out - spacious and very well stocked with pots, pans, etc. It was a pleasure to cook in it. The inn has a very large great room (with a beautiful fireplace) and the dining room fit all 25 in our family. The grounds keeper was very helpful if we had any questions. And the owner was very...

"Beautiful lakefront cabin on a quiet backroad. 10 minutes in either direction puts you in small New England towns with shopping, dining, and tons of things to do and see. Our morning entertainment was a bald eagle fishing for breakfast outside our window.This home was a perfect spot for a fall getaway for all of us. The three season porch was huge, the house itself was cozy and very welcoming. The pictures did not do it justice, it far exceeded our expectations. We are already talking about...

"New siding and windows on the cabin look great! The Knoll Inn offers all that is advertised. The view can’t be beat! All meals must be eaten on the porch! Mark is always quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Like Mark and Sarah, my family has a long history at Newfound Lake. I will definitely be staying at one of the Knoll Inn cabins in 2026!"

"This property was exactly as described and very comfortable for being small and relatively simple. Has all the necessities and some extras, namely a very nice hot tub. I didn't notice how close to the highway it was until after I booked. This is both convenient and somewhat noisy. Still, the traffic noise was not bad inside. The cabin was very clean and Lance was a responsive and great host."
